Billing
Your first order is charged at checkout. Each following order is charged automatically to the payment method you used at checkout, on the date your next shipment is due, at the subscription price shown at checkout. We email you before every renewal so you always know what's coming.

Pause, skip or change
You can pause, skip a delivery, change your delivery frequency or switch your bundle at any time in your account or by emailing support@cerivane.com.

Cancel anytime
There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Cancel in your account or by emailing support@cerivane.com with your order number. To avoid your next charge, cancel at least 2 days before your next billing date. Orders that have already been charged and shipped are covered by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
